INDUCTED 1986 - DOMINIC (KINKY) CARAPELLESE 

 

 
D.P. (Kinky) Carapellese was selected eight years to the All American teams. He worked for many years as a sales representative for Winchester.

Born in Illinois, Kinky served in the U.S. Navy for three years and began shooting trap in the late 1940s. Except for 1958, Kinky was a member of the All American team from 1955 to 1963. He competed for 12 years as an industry shooter.

In the 1970 Kinky was manager of the Redlands Trap and Skeet Range, formerly one of the Winchester franchise clubs.

Dominic (Kinky) Carapellese was inducted in to the California Trapshooting Hall of Fame in 1986.
